I really don't like daylight savings time. It messes up Sundays twice a year, screws up body clocks, and doesn't help anything. I guess last night was OK. You got an extra hour of sleep. That is, if you went to bed on time.
Maybe you used it as an excuse for an extra hour of fun on Saturday night. But, I bet you didn't use it as an excuse to get up an hour early.
But, some would.
The difference is in the reasons. Some people just want to play as much as they can. They find time to enjoy a night or a weekend. But most days they just try to make it through.
Ugh. That's no way to live.
On the other hand, some of us are ready for each day. Do YOU have something to keep you runnin'?
Think for a moment about the first thing in your head every morning. It's either something that you love and are eager to take on, or it's something you don't want to face.
Make sure YOU have something you love.
Roll out of bed, focus on what you live and why you love it, and life takes on power.
It keeps you runnin'
