Team Coaching

Even the best teams have blind spots, and finding them requires insight from outside the team and tools which help make the invisible visible. We start the experience with personal connections with each member of the team, offering a confidential environment to begin the process and align personal goals with the corporate objectives, ensuring each person is aligned and engaged in the process.

What Does Coaching Look Like?

Similarly to individual coaching, team coaching provides the experience of unpacking each individual's own work while also considering how the team members both align and potentially collide. Typically, we start by looking at the foundation of our life experiences: thoughts, thinking habits, and how they impact individuals and the team. Each team member will have the opportunity to unpack how thoughts can become obstacles introducing risks into both individual lives and the team's engagement with one another as we reveal those thinking habits and put language to them.

A typical coaching engagement comprises at least 14 group sessions following the individual introductory meetings. These sessions allow each member to examine thinking habits in both their inside world and outside world, putting language to how thoughts talk to them about themselves, their visualization of the future they want, and their personal fulfillment. Then, what thoughts tell them about connection, physical creation, and structure. Since each of these areas has multiple thinking habits, we'll spend an average of two sessions in each of these habit areas, looking at thinking habits, how they impact team members, and some tools and approaches for improving success living intentionally.

While there is structure to the work, there is always freedom to address life events and challenges which show up during the coaching. Shoring up the foundations first provides a basis for ongoing growth and additional areas of focus.

Additional Areas

Further coaching will give the team the prospect of looking at how they can live inspired lives, avoiding stress, seeing the world differently, and developing clarity for your destiny, character, and calling. As each member develops these insights, they will be able to expand into mechanisms for inspiring others and inspiring the world. This is life changing, both for the team members and those whose lives they touch.

Again, there will also be openings for unpacking specific life events and challenges in the context of these modes to find different and more beneficial ways of living and acting.

Long-Term

Following any formal coaching engagements, team members will always be able to reach out to connect and get input as they implement these new ways of navigating life. This is a long-term relationship if they choose to maintain it.
